Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Last updated: October 2026

How this site is built

  • Keyboard. Every link, menu and form can be reached and used with the keyboard, and the item you are on is clearly outlined. A “Skip to content” link is the first stop on every page.
  • Screen readers. Pages are marked up with headings, landmarks and lists, and every screenshot carries a text description of what it shows.
  • Forms. Every field has a label, and the message that says whether your form was sent is read out by screen readers.
  • Zoom and small screens. The pages reflow to fit the window, from a phone to a wide monitor, and the text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom.
  • Light and dark. The site follows your system's light or dark setting, and the theme button in the header lets you choose either one.
  • Motion. If your system asks for reduced motion, the site turns its animations and transitions off.

Where it falls short

  • Screenshots are pictures of the CollectPlus software. Their descriptions say what each one shows, and the text beside them describes the same feature, but small details inside a picture are not read out.
  • Some links lead to other websites, such as our support site and the sites of the companies we integrate with. Their accessibility is up to them.
  • Videos we add to the site will carry captions.
