CollectPlus 12 is a hybrid. Collectors, creditor clients and debtors work in a web app, and the Windows app handles back-office work such as trust accounting. Each release moves more of it to the web.

Staff sign in with two-factor authentication and see only what their role allows. Changes are recorded in an audit trail, and fields such as Social Security numbers can be encrypted in the database.
