Product
Everything from placement to payment, in one system
CollectPlus runs the whole collections cycle: placing accounts, working them, getting paid, paying your creditor clients and reporting on all of it. Version 12 puts the daily work in a web app for collectors, creditor clients and debtors.

The web app
One web app for staff, creditor clients and debtors
- Everyone in one system. Collectors, managers, creditor clients and debtors sign in to the same web app, and each sees what their role allows.
- Phone-friendly. Grids switch to cards on a phone, and the payment pages are designed for phones first.
- Light and dark themes. Each person picks the look that suits them.
- Web administration console. Configure the system from the browser, and find any setting with a search.

Hybrid by design
The Windows application keeps the back office
CollectPlus 12 is a hybrid. Daily work runs in the web app, and the Windows application, which is included, handles back-office work that has not moved to the web yet.
- Trust accounting. Bank reconciliation, deposits, refunds and voids.
- Creditor invoices. Invoice the fees you bill.
- Some settings. A number of settings screens are still in the Windows administration console.
Each release moves more of this work to the web.

There is one edition, and every feature is part of it. Some features, such as two-factor sign-in, secure messages and AI, are switched on and configured for your agency during setup.
Yes, through configuration. You design your own forms and work queues, write workflow rules, set fee structures and contact plans for each creditor, and connect other systems through imports and the web services API.
