Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect the information you give us on collectplus.com and as a CollectPlus customer.

Last updated: October 2026

CollectPlus.com is owned and operated by ICCO - Business Software Development (“ICCO”, “we”, “us”), the company that builds CollectPlus. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the people who visit this site and of our customers. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, its forms, and the information we receive when you contact us, ask for a demo, buy, use or get support for CollectPlus. The records an agency keeps in its own CollectPlus database, such as its debtors, accounts and payments, belong to that agency and are covered by its agreement with ICCO; see Your agency's data below.

Information we collect

To take part in some activities on this site you are asked for some personal information. Some of it is required and some is optional, and we ask only for what we need to answer you.

  • When you request a demo or send us a message: your first and last name, work email address, organization, and, if you give them, your phone number, industry, number of users, current system, the topic of your message and the message itself. On the demo form you can also choose to receive product news.
  • When you are a customer: the information you give us to sign up, pay invoices, schedule training or contact technical support, such as your name, email address, phone number, job title and organization, and details about your agency's software needs.

The forms on this site do not use a third-party captcha. To keep out spam they use a hidden field and a short-lived form token, and they limit how many forms can be sent in a short time.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions, arrange your demo and follow up on your request. A demo request or message is recorded in our own customer system and sent to our sales team by email.
  • To provide, support and improve CollectPlus: processing payments, sending license keys, scheduling training and answering support requests.
  • To tell you about updates to the products you use, and, if you chose to receive it, about product news. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise give the personal information collected on CollectPlus.com to third parties. The services that run our own systems, such as our email provider, handle it only on our behalf. We may disclose your personal information when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to comply with the law.

Non-personal information and your browser

We use non-personal information, such as how visitors found this site and which pages they read, to understand what is useful and to improve the site and our service. We may share non-personal information with third parties.

This site does not use advertising cookies. It remembers your light or dark display choice in your browser's own storage, and that choice never leaves your device. If we use website analytics, such as Google Analytics, it is to count visits and see which pages help visitors, not to identify you.

How we protect it

We use industry-standard administrative, physical and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your information. This site and the CollectPlus web portal are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS, with Transport Layer Security), so what you send is encrypted on its way to us.

Your agency's data

All database records, files and transactions your agency keeps in CollectPlus are owned by your agency. ICCO claims no ownership of them and uses them only to provide the services your agency subscribes to. If your agency ends its CollectPlus services, it keeps the right to a complete copy of its database. Our terms say more about hosting and backups.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it by law or for an existing agreement. You can also ask us to stop sending you product news.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
