Balances and payments

What they owe, and a way to pay it

  • Accounts and balances. Debtors see each account, its balance and their payment history.
  • Pay what suits them. One account, the next installment or the full balance, by card.
  • Saved cards and a confirmation. Debtors who sign in to the portal can save a card for the next payment. Each payment shows a confirmation with the amount and the authorization code, and your agency can set up an emailed receipt.
  • Payment schedule. Debtors on a plan see what is due and when.

Pay without signing in

No account and no password needed to pay

  • Payment links. A link in an email or text opens the debtor's balance, ready to pay.
  • QR codes on letters. A phone camera opens the same page from a printed letter.
  • Pay-by-phone code. A collector reads out a short code, and the debtor pays online without giving a card number over the phone.

More about payments

Documents and e-signature

Agreements signed online

  • Read and sign. Debtors open a document in the portal and sign it with ICCOSign, the built-in e-signature.
  • Several signers. A document can need more than one signature, for example a debtor and a co-debtor.
  • A record of the signature. Who signed, from which IP address and when.
  • Or your own provider. CollectPlus also sends documents for signature through DocuSign and SignNow.

Messages and chat

Conversations that stay on the account

  • Secure messages. Threaded messages with attachments, kept on the account record.
  • Live chat. Your team answers in real time from the Chat Center, and the transcript is saved to the debtor.
  • AI chat assistant. Answers common questions from your knowledge base and hands the conversation to a collector with a summary.
  • "How did we do?" Debtors rate a resolved request, and you see the results by team.

Your agency, their choices

Your name on the portal, and the debtor's contact preferences

  • Your wording. Your agency's name and text on the portal's home, sign-in and contact pages, in English and Spanish.
  • Your disclosures. Licence numbers and required notices shown under the sign-in form.
  • Contact preferences. A link in every email and text lets people opt out of, or back into, each kind of message, with no password.

An 8-digit code that is valid for 10 minutes, with a lock-out after repeated failed codes.
Card payments
Processed by Authorize.Net, NMI or Clover, with an on-screen confirmation.
E-signature
ICCOSign records each signer's IP address and the time of signing.
Sign-in
One-time codes by email or text can be required at sign-in, with trusted devices.
Opt-outs
The contact-preferences link in each email and text works without a login.
