Terms of use and service

The terms for using this website, and for subscribing to and using CollectPlus.

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are between you and ICCO - Business Software Development (“ICCO”), the company that builds CollectPlus. Part 1 covers your use of this website. Part 2 covers CollectPlus subscriptions, cloud hosting and technical support. Please read them carefully.

Part 1. Using this website

Your agreement

Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance without modification of, the notices, terms and conditions on this page. As a condition of your use of the site, you agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

Information on this site

This site describes CollectPlus in general terms. Features, prices and availability can change, and what your agency receives is what its signed order form and agreements with ICCO say. Nothing on this site is legal advice: collection laws and regulations differ from place to place and change over time, so ask your own counsel how they apply to your agency.

Names and trademarks

CollectPlus and ICCO are trademarks of ICCO. Other product and company names on this site, such as Microsoft, DocuSign or TriZetto, belong to their owners.

Other websites

Some links lead to other websites, such as our support site or the sites of the companies we integrate with. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Your information

How we handle what you send us through this site is described in our privacy policy.

Part 2. CollectPlus subscriptions

By signing a CollectPlus order form or signing in to your CollectPlus database, you agree to the terms below. Where your order form or your support and maintenance agreement says more, it governs.

1. License and use of the software

Subject to the payment of your subscription fees, ICCO grants your agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CollectPlus database, its APIs, the Windows application and the web portals for your staff, your creditor clients and your debtors.

2. Fees and billing

License fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Payment is due before the first day of each month. If billing is not cleared by the due date, the renewal of your license keys and access to your database may be suspended. Additional users and optional services are billed monthly. The current prices are on the pricing page.

3. Hosting and infrastructure

When ICCO hosts your CollectPlus database, ICCO provides, secures and monitors the database servers. If your agency hosts its own database, your agency provides and maintains the hardware or cloud infrastructure (for example Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services) that runs Microsoft SQL Server.

4. Data ownership and backups

ICCO claims no ownership of the records, files and transactions your agency keeps in its CollectPlus database. When ICCO hosts your database, ICCO performs automatic daily backups. When your agency hosts its own database, your agency is responsible for its backups and for checking that they can be restored. If your agency ends its CollectPlus services, it keeps the right to a complete copy of its database.

5. Customizations and enhancements

Custom databases, screens, templates and scripts that ICCO builds during implementation or afterward remain ICCO's intellectual property. Custom development is subject to a scope document and a quoted fee.
