A day in the agency

Four steps, one system

In CollectPlus each step hands its data to the next, so nothing is keyed in twice.

  1. PlacementA client places accounts in the creditor portal or sends a file. You map the file's columns, preview the result, deal with duplicates and release the accounts. Creditor management
  2. ContactEach account starts on its creditor's contact plan. Work queues put the next account in front of each collector, with one timeline of every call, text, letter and note. Collector workspace
  3. PaymentDebtors pay from a text, an email, a QR code on a letter or the portal. Card and ACH batches collect the installments of a payment plan. Payments
  4. RemittanceEach payment is split by the creditor's fee terms. A check run pays each creditor its share, and creditors see their checks in the portal. Remittance

Your creditor clients

Terms, reports and remittance your clients can check

  • A fee structure for each creditor. Contingency fees tiered by balance, payment, account age or amount recovered, with caps and custom formulas.
  • Net or gross remittance. Deduct your fee from each payment, or remit in full and invoice the fee.
  • Creditor portal. Each client signs in to see its remittance checks and documents, and to place new accounts.
  • Trust accounting. Bank reconciliation, deposits, refunds and voids in the CollectPlus Windows application.

Your collectors

The next account, without searching for it

  • Work queues. Accounts ranked by your rules, worked from top to bottom with a triage drawer and keyboard shortcuts.
  • Workload in balance. Managers assign accounts in bulk or distribute a queue across the team.
  • Letters in bulk. Build a document batch from a work queue, review it and send it by mail, email or text.
  • Suggested next step. Google Gemini suggests the next contact or task, and the collector decides.

Your debtors

Ways to pay that do not need a phone call

  • Payment links and QR codes. Every text, email and letter can open the debtor's balance, ready to pay.
  • Payment plans. Installment plans from your templates, collected by link or by scheduled card and ACH batches.
  • A portal for the rest. Balances, history, documents to sign and secure messages.

Contact controls

Controls for regulated contact

Collection contact is regulated, and your agency sets the policy. These are the controls CollectPlus gives you to apply it.

Do-not-use numbers

Mark a phone number as do-not-use and click-to-call refuses to dial it, with the reason shown.

Calling hours

Record the hours a number may be called, and click-to-call checks them before each call.

Text opt-outs

STOP replies to text messages are handled for you.

Contact preferences

A link in each email and text lets people opt out of, or back into, each kind of message.

Do-not-contact in batches

Document batches honor each debtor's do-not-contact settings for letters, email and text.

Audit trail

User activity and settings changes are recorded with who made them and when.

These controls support your compliance program. Meeting the FDCPA, Regulation F, the TCPA and state rules also depends on your agency's policies and on how your team works. More about security and privacy controls

Running the agency

For the owner and the manager

The numbers, every morning

Dashboards show promises by outcome, delinquent accounts by status, delinquent balance by creditor and collections by date. SQL Server reports open as PDF or Excel.

Rules instead of reminders

Workflow rules and scheduled services send the letters, create the follow-up tasks and import payment files, so the routine does not depend on someone remembering it.

Start small and add collectors

There is one edition, with every feature. The price covers up to 3 users, and you add users as the agency grows.

Moving from another system

Converting your debtors, accounts, payments and notes is part of implementation. New customers also get free integration with the third-party systems they already use.
