Payment agreements, settlement letters and authorizations get signed faster when nobody has to print them. CollectPlus 12 has e-signature built in, and it also works with the provider you may already use.
ICCOSign, built in
- Sign in the portal. Debtors sign in the debtor portal, and creditors in theirs, with no separate service to buy.
- Several signers, in order. When one person signs, the next is invited automatically.
- An audit trail. Each signature records the signer's IP address and browser, the signed document is stamped with the date and the IP address, and the completed document is encrypted.
- Automatic reminders. A scheduled service sends the invitation again to people who have not signed yet, up to a limit you set.
DocuSign and SignNow
- Your own account. If your agency uses DocuSign or SignNow, CollectPlus sends documents through your account, and signers sign on that provider's pages.
- Signed copies come back. CollectPlus checks the status of each request and downloads the signed PDF to the debtor's record.
- Cancel or resend. Cancel a request or resend it without leaving CollectPlus.
- Set up in the browser. Administrators configure ICCOSign, DocuSign or SignNow on one settings page, and can test the connection there.
DocuSign and SignNow need your agency's own account with that provider. More about documents and automation.
