If your agency's phones run on Intermedia Unite, CollectPlus 12 connects to them. Collectors call from the debtor's record, and every call that rings on their line shows up in CollectPlus with the records it belongs to.
Click to call
- One click. Click the phone button beside a number and choose Call. Your Intermedia phone rings first, and when you pick up, it calls the debtor.
- Every number in one window. The call window lists every number on the debtor's record, including co-debtors' and contacts' numbers, with each number's type and calling hours.
- Blocked numbers stay visible. A number marked do-not-use, or outside the calling hours recorded on it, cannot be called, and the window says why.
- Where collectors work. Phone buttons are on the debtor's phone numbers and contact details, on creditor records and on new-lead intake.
The call card
- Who is calling. When a call rings or connects on your Intermedia line, a card shows the debtors or creditors the number belongs to, on whichever page you have open.
- Every call. The card appears for incoming calls, for calls placed from CollectPlus, and for calls dialed in the Unite app. It keeps a timer and stays on screen after the call.
- Log the call while you talk. When the call connects, a call log opens. Pick the record and a call result, write your notes, and save it to the right debtor. If you write nothing, nothing is saved.
What to know
The integration is switched on for each agency. Your Intermedia account owner registers CollectPlus in Intermedia's administration portal, and each collector connects their phone once on the My Phone Settings page. The call audio stays on the Unite app or desk phone, where hold, mute and transfer work as they always have, and answering from the card needs the Unite desktop app.
Calling hours are checked against the time on your CollectPlus server. More about communications in CollectPlus.
