CollectPlus 12 is built around the way collectors spend the day: open the next account, act on it, and move on.
Work queues
- Your rules, your order. Each queue is a list your agency defines, so it shows the accounts you want in the order you want them worked.
- Work the list without leaving it. A side drawer shows the account, and Previous and Next move through the queue without going back to the list.
- Keyboard shortcuts. Move, open and search the queue from the keyboard.
- Follow up and move on. Pick today, tomorrow, this week or next week, and CollectPlus creates the follow-up task and opens the next account.
- Bulk actions. Select several accounts to schedule follow-ups, change their status, tag them, assign them, or start a letter batch.
- Assign and unassign. Assign debtors to yourself or a colleague, or unassign them, in bulk. CollectPlus shows how many records will change before anything is saved, and every change is recorded.
Contact plans
A contact plan is a series of follow-up tasks and letters for a debtor or an account. Each step creates its task on the right day and puts its letter in the queue for sending. Give a creditor a default plan, and the accounts you add for that creditor start on it.
Everything about a debtor in one place
Messages, texts, calls, chats, notes, attachments and letters appear in one timeline, next to the debtor's tasks.
A dashboard for each collector
- Today's work, ranked. The collector's to-do list, in the order it should be done.
- Promises at a glance. Open promises, promises due today and broken promises.
- The collector's numbers. Open accounts, balance by creditor and collections by month.
- An optional AI briefing. Google Gemini can sum up what to do first today, and why. More about AI in CollectPlus 12.
Promises to pay are recorded in the CollectPlus Windows application, and the web app shows them on the dashboards. Contact plans and the AI briefing are set up for your agency. More about the collector workspace.
