Many businesses already take cards with Clover. CollectPlus 12 adds Clover as a card processor, so an agency on Clover can collect through the account it already has. Clover is already in production at an ICCO customer.
What it does
- Your own Clover account. Payments go to your agency's Clover merchant account. You enter its keys on the processor settings screen in the browser and test the connection there.
- Payments by staff and by debtors. Collectors take a card payment during the call, and debtors pay online on the Pay Now page.
- Cards checked before they are saved. A card is verified with Clover when it is saved, and CollectPlus keeps a Clover token to charge it later.
- No double charges on a retry. If a payment request is sent twice, Clover recognizes it as the same charge and does not take the money again.
Cards with Clover, bank payments another way
Clover handles card payments. For bank (ACH) payments, CollectPlus works with NMI or produces NACHA files for your bank. If you use another processor, ask us: new customers get integration with the systems they already use at no extra charge.
