CollectPlus now works with the NMI payment gateway

Agencies that process through NMI can verify and save cards, take card payments and take one-time ACH debits from CollectPlus.

NMI is now one of the payment processors built into CollectPlus, alongside Authorize.Net and Clover. If your agency already processes through NMI, you can keep your gateway and take payments from CollectPlus.

What it does

  • Set up in the browser. Enter your NMI keys on the processor settings screen and test the connection before you use it.
  • Cards checked before they are saved. A card is verified with NMI when it is saved, so a bad card is caught at once instead of on the day it is charged.
  • Saved cards kept at NMI. Saved cards are stored in NMI's customer vault, and later payments are charged from there.
  • Card payments and ACH debits. Collectors take a card payment or a one-time ACH debit from the debtor's record, during the call.
  • The right ACH entry code. A debit taken by phone is sent as TEL, and a business account as CCD, without anyone picking a code.

Which processor should we use?

CollectPlus takes card payments through Authorize.Net, NMI or Clover. Scheduled bank debits can also go out as NACHA files for your bank. New customers get integration with the systems they already use at no extra charge, so tell us which processor you have when you book a demo.
