CollectPlus 12 is a new web app for your whole operation. Collectors, managers, creditor clients and debtors sign in to the same system, and each of them sees what their role allows.
One web app for everyone
- Staff, creditors and debtors. Your team works accounts, your creditor clients follow theirs, and debtors see what they owe and pay, all in the same app.
- Works on phones and tablets. Lists turn into cards on a small screen, and the payment pages are designed for phones first.
- Light and dark themes. Each person picks the look that suits them.
- Settings in the browser. Administrators change settings from the web app and can search for the one they need.
The back office moves to the browser
Card and ACH batches, payment posting, check runs and fee structures now run in the web app. They run as background jobs, protected against double charges and double payments.
What else is new
- New ways to pay. Payment links, QR codes on letters and a pay-by-phone code, with card payments through Authorize.Net, NMI or Clover.
- Portals for creditors and debtors. A creditor portal and a self-service portal for debtors.
- A better day for collectors. Work queues, contact plans and dashboards, and click-to-call with Intermedia Unite.
- AI with Google Gemini. Next-step suggestions and a daily briefing for collectors.
- Documents. Letters, email and text in batches, and built-in e-signature with ICCOSign.
- Security. Two-factor sign-in and tighter account controls.
Hybrid by design
CollectPlus 12 is a hybrid. The web app is for daily work, and the CollectPlus Windows application is still there for back-office work such as trust accounting, bank reconciliation, deposits, refunds and voids. Each release moves more of it to the web.
